My new found favorite recipe is this fabulous "Overnight Pizza Crust Recipe", not only is it super easy, but it also tastes great and is pretty healthy for a pizza crust.

Ingredients:
3 cups bread flower (I use brown whole wheat flour to make it healthier)
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon instant or rapid rise yeast
1 1/3 cup of ice cold water
1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Using a food processor:
Pulse together the flour, sugar and yeast.

Pour the cold water through the feed tube and run the machine until it is combined, let it stand for 10 minutes.

Add the table salt and vegetable oil, and mix until it all the dough comes off the sides.

Now put this in an oiled bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.  Put the bowl in the fridge overnight.

When you are ready to make your pizza the next day, just pull it out and put the dough on a jelly roll pan, and hand press out the dough to cover the pan.  Now you just top it with whatever you want.

I've been enjoyed a basil pest base, caramelized onions, corn, tomatoes, pine nuts and light mozzarella.  Once your pizza is ready to cook, through it in the oven at around 350 degrees and cook for about 15 minutes.

Now you can enjoy!!!

I love to cook, and I love when I learn about new easy recipes, I can pull out in a crunch.

So to help share recipes, I have created fresh, fun recipe cards that you can personalize and you can use for Christmas gifts (to share all your wonderful Christmas cookie recipes) or for a Bridal Shower (so all the guests can donate their favorite recipe to the bride to be).  It is a great way to give a personalized gift!

As a regular traveler, I am familiar with the frustration of waiting for your bag at the baggage claim, and seeing several black bags go by and checking each of them only to find it is not yours.  So not only is it important to have a bag that you can recognize, but to have a great identifying luggage tag, that you can spot from all the way around the baggage claim carousel.  Not only is it practical to have your name, and contact details on the bag for the time the airline looses your bag, but it is easier to find your bag when it comes around bend of the carousel.  I also think it is important to have one that makes you smile and that you love.

In light of my many thoughts on the importance of luggage tags, I have created luggage tags that are affordable and make great perfect stocking stuffers.  You select the pattern, color, font and add your name and details!

You can check out all the options and find the perfect luggage tag for you or a friend at www.amyruth designs.com!
